Brad Dudding is the Chief Impact Officer at the Center for Employment Opportunities. Brad is responsible for designing, monitoring, and improving CEO's program measurement system to enhance staff learning, stimulate quality improvement, and generate rigorous evidence for what works to enrich the lives of returning citizens. Prior to taking on this role, he served as CEO's chief financial officer and chief operating officer over a 20-year period. He is also currently an adjunct professor at the NYU Wagner Graduate School of Public Service and St. Mary's University in MN where he teaches a class on performance measurement and management. Brad attended Macalester College, received his BA in economics from the University of Missouri, and earned his MA in urban and regional planning from Rutgers University.
